Windows 2000, sp4, exchange administrator with sp4. I have tried hyena 5.2.1 & 5.2.2~ I can right click in the right pane on a user account and select the exchange mailbox properties. It pulls up my server list and I am able to pull up the information. PROBLEM: When I have the users properties page pulled up there is a Exchange Properties button on the bottom left. It try's and then returns a n error "Hyena~Unable to lookup SID for last, first. Associated mailboxes cannot be determined." The first part shows that I have it configured correctly. So is it a bug?

Re: Exchange Properties Tab
This appears to be a bug and I'm surprised that its not been reported before. When you click on the Exchange button on a user's Properties dialog, the username that is used for the Exchange mailbox lookup is taken from the "Directory name" field, which is the first field on the General user Properties dialog. Hyena should be using the Pre-Windows 2000 account name (samaccountname) for this.
Please confirm that the directory names and your Pre-Windows 2000 account names are different.
In the meantime, we'll start work on a patch to fix this problem.

Re: Exchange Properties Tab
Sounds great, just don't forget that paste function in the new release. This 5.2 doesn't have it yet.
But your confirmation brings up an issue. The directory name needs to be unique if there in the same container/ou. So we started using the pre2K. Besides when you fill in directory name it populates the pre2k automaticaly. But the answer to your question is Yes. The Directory name differs from the Pre2K in this situation. Thanks Guys!
