Exchange2000 settings keep disappearing

I'm using v4.7D and the settings on the Exchange2000 tab, (Tools, Options), keep getting disabled. The templates remain in the list but the tick box 'Enable Exchange2000 Integration' is unchecked.

I appears to get disabled if other settings in the Options area are changed.

Any help appreciated.

Can you send screen shots showing this to [email protected]? Also, let us know if you have anything in the Shared Settings INI File Name box on the General tab.

Apologies for not replying earlier, but since upgrading to version 5.0 I've not had the problem.

Try this. Click on Tools->Settings->Exchange 2000. Then click on another tab (any tab), then click back on the Exchange 2000 tab. Is the setting now back to unchecked ? Also, what beta revision do you have now ?

Still happens in v5.b after editing or adding new templates.

We've only fixed this problem in the beta so far. We'll post a patch to v5.0 soon when v5.2 is released.

Try selecting the "Save all of these settings into shared settings.ini file" on the Settings - General tab before switching to the Exchange 2000 tab. Then, when you finish configuring your Exchange settings Hyena should remember your Exchange settings.

I would have to agree with the last post. If you are using a config.ini file to retain or share your settings. If you make any changes like the Exchange 2000 tools or anything in the settings. Before you close it you must check the General tab and the save all settings. The bugger with this is that everyone else who uses the config.ini file get's them to. But in reality, shouldn't all LAN Administrators be using the same settings? I mean there Administrating the same network right?

But even on a single user installation the check box on the Exchange tab DOES NOT stay ticked after amending templates in the Home Dir tab.

System Tools - Is it fixed, for all types of configurations, in the next release!?!?

What version of Hyena are you using ?
