Error when Exchange opens after creating new user

An unexpected, unknown error has occured.

Everything has been working fine until recently. The only change to environment is making IE my default browser.

Configuration:
Using Hyena 2.6e
WinNT 4, SP5
Exhange admin 5.5, SP4
