Hyena storing username and passwords

Its been noted that when creating tools that call psexec, and the use of user and p, which you provide account and password is stored as a file on the admin PC. What are the security concerns here? Also the password is sent in clear text, but if you are running ipsec does that negate this concern?

Custom Tools are stored in text file, so when using tools that require username/password you can use the %Px% prompt variables. They will prompt you to enter in the username and/or password. Hyena's help file has more information on their usage.
