To do this, a application would have to be loaded either as a service on the machine, or more likely a device driver, where it would be alerted by Windows that a file deletion, etc. happened. It would then alert you based on how you had it configured.

I would search google for something like "File Deletion Monitor". I would think that someone would have come up with something and added all sorts of bells and whistles to it.

I need a script or program that I could monitor a folder on a server and report not only who deleted a file but from what machine they were at when it was deleted. I am sure this is not something I could do with Hyena but with our list of admins I am hoping someone has a solution.
