adding a tool as a hyperlink

is there a way to add a tool as a hyperlink. we started to use carbon copy (to access computers remotely - an altiris product), in able to access computers we need to click on a hyperlink which takes us to a window where we enter the computer name.i was wondering if there is a way to at least enter the hyperlink in the tools section. not sure if it can be configured to enter the computer name automatically.
