AD Cleanup

Does anyone know of an add-on or a different application that can help me with AD Cleanup. What I need is if someone came to me and needed a list of all the groups that he belongs to and which servers/shares those groups have access to all in one report kind of senario. I know this is far fetched but maybe someone knows.
