Remote Session (Command Prompt)

Is there a custom tool out there that would allow me to open up a command prompt remotely?

Try psexec from sysinternals. Search this board for psexec to find tips on integrating it with Hyena.

Yes, I have a tool set up called Remote Connect with this as the command line.

"c:\Program Files\Hyena\Tools\psexec.exe" \\%E% cmd.exe

Works for me, but I can't take credit. That goes to either Supply Guy or Trammell, I think.

I was able to run this tool on one client machine, but not two others. Would anyone have any idea why?

I just posted my command on another post just like this one. I find that some times to fine tune you command in Hyena. Is to paste the command line in a cmd prompt window. This way it doesn't dissapear and you can usualy see what the error is. Simply replace %E% with the \\computername
We these three machines you tried all the same operating system?
