Hyena as a reporting engine?

Similar to my previous topic. This would probably require a Hyena API.

Is it possible to use Hyena as a reporting engine, allowing queries on specifics of a particular Hyena Object to be made and passed off to another program? I would like to be able to have real time queries of Hyena objects, driven from a Web browser. For example, click on a web link and return a report on network settings and running services.
