Open Hyena from another program?

Is there a Hyena API or command line switch? I would like a way to launch Hyena with specific parameters so I can link a Visio object to Hyena. Hyena would then start with the Visio objcet selected. For example, I would like to be able to click a Visio Icon of a server, and launch Hyenawiht that specifc server details selected.

Is there any way of accomplishing this?
