Software tab not showing all installed applications

One of my computers in the listing is not showing all of the software that is installed on it. Other computers in the same OU are showing over 100 applications on this tab. This one computer is only showing 50 and it definitely has more than 50. Why are all the applications not listed? It was recently reimaged and I double checked the applications are installed. I even rebooted the machine. We have SCCM in our environment and all the applications show up in the software inventory within SCCM. Is there a reason for this?

The software application list comes from the registry, specifically HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uni nstall. There is a 64-bit component too. Most likely this is a security issue, so make sure you are running Hyena 'As Administrator' to ensure the process has full rights.
